PGDM - 2 Yrs. Full Time

The Two-Year full Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management consists of 6 trimesters. The First 3 trimesters will build a foundation of conceptual and analytical skills required for more specialized study to be pursued in the second year of the programme. INTRODUCTION 

The PGDM is a two year full time Masters level program covered in six trimesters with two month summer internship. The synergistic PGDM program is stimulating, intense, and will develop highly effective business management professionals. The in-class experience will include extensive interaction between the faculty and the students, personal communication and presentation skills enhancement, and team exercises. In addition to the in-class experience, there will be various programs for continued growth, including a global internship program aimed at bringing leading-edge practices on emerging topics to the students.

PEDAGOGY

We run our 2 years programme on trimester basis. In a particular session there will be 3 trimesters. All together there will be six trimesters in two years. In the first year each trimester contains 6 subjects. After the completion of first year there will be a viva voice before the students land for 8 weeks summer training. In the second year in each trimester there will be one compulsory and 4 elective (dual specialization with two subjects each) i.e. 5 subjects in each trimester. For the entire second year student will go for final year project. There will be 2 viva voice after the completion of the second year course, one for summer training and final year project and the other for entire syllabus covered. The syllabus has been developed keeping in mind the Industry requirements by a well constituted Academic Advisory Board having members from IIM'S & IIT.
